I've read conflicting information in several websites, from "it appears in the feeds of your all followers" or "it appears to followers who are also following the person you are talking to", to "it doesn't show up in your followers feed at all".
If anyone has any clues, spill the beans!

Disclaimer: I may be wrong (and look forward to more knowledgeable responses).I’ve noticed that on some apps it’s been described as “unlisted” and explained as visible to all but hashtags and content won’t be indexed for searches.

Quiet Public appears in all your followers' feeds, but it doesn't appear in search results or hashtag follows or trending posts.
