Die Interessen der "AI" Branche und ihre sind jedoch sehr gut abgestimmt.
Jegliche Form von Ablehnung - und sei sie noch so albern wie die von Anthropic - wird recht hart sanktioniert.
Warum wir das in D/EU zulassen ist mir allerdings tatsächlich unklar.

Sure you can pull a Trump or Brexit once or twice if you control the media. But inequality and repression eventually bite and then the working classes eat the rich, burn their palaces, and behead kings
