@lemay I was just looking at why my web server's loadav is high and I found a bunch of sites trying (failing) to fetch /etc/passwd tens of thousands of times each.

@lemay The former CEO is still on cocial media; he spent years promoting environmentally friendly business practices and is now moving into responsible AI. How messed up it all is.

@lemay What's even funnier is that they're describing an AI that completely disregards orders, lies, steals credentials, and knowingly and with intention escapes sandboxes.

@lemay this reminds me of an IT director that said we couldn't do a lan party at a gaming event because it could lead to hacking (literally what??). Teenager gamers can't be trusted
