@mobilizon Why would I want to associate with an unethical entity (nations) that are ultimately built on violence or the threat of violence? No one sane should have anything to do with nations.

The reason I'm asking is that the location column shows the server location. For gjer.no I'm using Hetzner, so the locations comes up as Germany, but it is a Norwegian site, with events in Norway, open registration, that federates with two other Norwegian Mobilizon instances.

@3rik Good question! The flag is indeed showing the hosting country which is not always relevant.
The map is completely manual and feedback welcome.
Its goal is to help Mobilizon newcomers find an instance that they can use. Some instances are restricted to a specific community, or thematic, or locality, but some are opened to different type of events in the country. They can follow smaller instances, and even Gancio instances. They are a good starting point for newcomers.
