Garlic harvest. Only half of it because all the drying racks are full, even the Volkswagen one.

Yes, the garden is weedy as fuck. That doesn't matter and may even be beneficial. I strimmed the weeds down to the level of the garlic leaves so I could see it and went digging.

This is winter garlic, planted in October. Voles dug tunnels under the snow and mulch all over this bed but didn't touch a single garlic bulb.

Need to build more drying racks before I can get the rest out. And next year plant less of it 🙂

@yngmar Volkswagen best drying rack 💪🏻
Beautiful green garden color in Lithuania. Here in Germany everything got a sunburn 😠
We got only some tomato, parsley and Zucchinis.
But on the other side we got many Apples and plum's

@yngmar Thanks for the great and awesome garden work.
We are also working on food production programs in Byerima communities through training people about sustainable food production skills, regenerative farming and environmental conservation.
Through trainings,we are able to grow food on the rented land, and donate some of the harvests to most community vulnerable families

Found me some sawmill junk and with a bit of tablesaw work and a few screws turned it into two more frames for drying racks.

Then some fence maples got a draft letter and before long were chopped up and nailed to the frame on one end. Green maple doesn't split when nailing, unlike dry sticks. And they do grow fast and furious here.

        Can dig more garlic now.

Fresh garlic too. Depends on how hard the bread is.

@yngmar So do I - but this one is different. Alex did a video when he worked for Cracked called "Everything boring is awesome" (no longer available, sadly) & then ran with the idea when he was fired & it's brilliant.

If you want to know the dude's style, you can watch some of his "Hilarious Helmet History" videos, which are still live on the Youtubes.

Or, alternatively, ignore everything I said. 😁👍
