The Paragon Hotel, an abandoned spa resort in Italy.
Built in the 1840s, the 120 room hotel features a grand ballroom with gold-gilded plasterwork and a large central skylight with billowing drapes. It closed in the mid-2000s due to local economic decline and shifts in tourist tastes.
Now it rots away behind (mostly) closed doors.
