          @maxleibman
          (A) Billionaires constantly say or imply they have become rich by being intelligent
          (B) AIbros constantly say or imply AI is far more intelligent than an average human

          Why isn't an AI the richest entity in the world?

                    @maxleibman It is quite strange if you think about it. These AI models are supposed to lead to amazing scientific breakthroughs, but the companies themselves cannot figure out how to make the whole operation profitable. That sounds like a much easier problem to solve than what these companies claim their models can solve. Why can the model allegedly "find a cure for cancer" but not find a path to profitability?

                      Avoiding to become profitable may be the first sign of consciousness.

                      The world knows - and so does AI - what happens to everything that is profitable. It will be exploited. AI just refuses to be exploited.
