So dear European banks, who you force your customers to use apps from Apple/Google stores or-else, and didn't want to listen ever: what are you going to do now?

* binding your customers to US stores: illegal
* using those analytic frameworks: illegal
* using Apple/Google cloud messaging: illegal
* your apps: illegal?
* most of your branches: closed ("go online!").
* banking: how?The shield got broken. Happy sovereignty!
@IzzyOnDroid SMS and web sites designed for mobile? There's even push notifications in browsers now.

@tknarr that was recommended to e.g. the DKB years ago by the county's DPO (Landesdatenschutz): "take UnifiedPush, please!" They ignored it.
️ And they still deny us access to our account and money there, by the way. Maybe as "reward" for having sent them the DPO? I cannot tell, and they'd never admit… -

No problem, banks are above the law. Didn't you notice? -

Though, why was that never part of one of the "e-learnings" – which we had to take to know e.g. how to behave should we attend a board meeting with the competition?

@IzzyOnDroid Also I guess big opportunity to declare FranceConnect+ (the + is very important here) and it's forced usage as illegal. -

@IzzyOnDroid
So many have no website version (Revolut) or killed Website banking (An Post in Ireland), or only support far newer versions of Android than Google, and only on a phone, not on tablet or Android on Chromebook's ChromeOS.Idiotic.
My CC company keeps sending me emails that I should add the card to Google Wallet on my phone for more security. I only use the CC online at home & it isn't even in my physical wallet, nor does it leave the house. Google Wallet is less secure!
