In truly one of the worst use cases I could imagine for this tech, behold, DenchClaw, an OpenClaw based CRM https://github.com/DenchHQ/DenchClaw

@cwebber This excerpt actually has a lot of insight into why things like this keep happening lol
It has a CRM focus because we asked a couple dozen hard-core OpenClaw users "what do you actually do", and it was sales automation, lead enrichment, biz dev, creating slides, linkedin outreach, email/notion/calendar stuff, and it's always painful to set up.
@cwebber "I'M SO TIRED OF KNOWING THE PRODUCT I SELL AND HAVING TO PASTE STOCK IMAGES OF IT IN A PITCH DECK"

Just put all your customer relationship information in there, run your business out of it, what could possibly go wrong
@cwebber I actually misread this as "DeathClaw" and thought "Shit why'd they have go and ruin a cute monster by association?"

@wordshaper Bad decision hyperscaling
@cwebber Ah, right! Current MBAs make artisanal, handcrafted bad decisions, while VibeMBAs modernize and automate the Bad Decision Industry
, allowing us to scale up production of Bad Decisions in ways heretofore only ever dreamt of by Deloitte VPs during speedball benders. -
Yes yes a VibeMBA is not very distinguishable from an MBA. It's just faster and with even more bad decisions. Higher velocity, thanks to AI
Frankly this rules. I can't wait to see what happens to everyone who uses this. It's gonna be awesome.
Everyone who installs this fucking thing deserves it at this point. Burn it all down.

@cwebber "I'M SO TIRED OF KNOWING THE PRODUCT I SELL AND HAVING TO PASTE STOCK IMAGES OF IT IN A PITCH DECK"
@cwebber Actually, the more I think about it, this may be the logical conclusion to linkdin; Just people's unrestricted shadow agents vomiting corporate jargon at each other and randomly trading job titles with each other
-
Lol I'm at -1 points, guess my post had bad vibes
@cwebber Now I'm morbidly curious what it does when no chrome profile exists.
Suppose that isn't the target audience though.

@brad Check out my profile on MoltIn
-
@cwebber ...I'm trying to think what the practical differences between a VibeMBA and a real MBA are and frankly I'm coming up blank.
@wordshaper Salary?
-
@brad Check out my profile on MoltIn
@cwebber We're just going to end up with a separate, air-gapped agent internet lmfao

@cwebber They can take your data and then take your business from you

@cwebber I thought you do an MBA to meet people you want to know. So a Vibe MBA would possibly be to meet people you don't want to know! Maybe even people who don't exist.

@cwebber They're in too deep, they're all AI investors who are scared that you're going to scare the other AI investors.
Its all FUD! Have fun being poor! This totally doesn't sound like crypto-hype from the last cycle! To the moon!

@cwebber okay but the problem is folks who unknowingly get their data ingested by this system just for being a customer

@cwebber same vibes (pun intended) as xkcd 3160

In the end, we created a secure messaging platform for the movement, hidden in plain sight.
Corporate social media had long been slopped to the point of uselessness, nobody asked why you posted anything, because nobody was there to ask.
They liked and boosted and reshared the posts nonetheless. We didn't need strong cryptography, or even custom software.
We just wrote what we thought and felt, but replaced "billionaires" with "competitors", "blow up" with "buyout", "revolution" with "investment" and so on.They never saw it coming.

Gonna go get myself a VibeMBA

@cwebber you know MVA was sitting RIGHT THERE
-
@dvshkn @cwebber Its definitely more "real" than crypto, but I'd argue much less "real" than cloud computing.
Everyone always knew cloud infrastructure was worth something, it was the future of colocation and leasing servers. What no one was sure of was the adoption rate, or how much would be kept on-prem for various reasons.
AI is... well, it does SOMETHING, but what is it worth? When will it get good at what? For how many things is the answer "never?"

@vv Yeah that's true. The unfortunate thing is the "blast radius" of powerful using these tools. And with war, unfortunately, that can be quite literal
