Does anyone have any good strategies to avoid the burning in your fingertips after cutting chili? (Besides putting on gloves, which is too inconvenient for me)
#cooking@fnessa I dont know you, so it might not be feasible for you, but when it brothers me I go for a huge cutting board and a big knife. Then I can chop the chilli without really getting the juices on my fingers

@fnessa I also feel that when my fingers are more oily, then the chili doesnt stick and can easily be washed away with soap. So literally putting oil on my fingers before touching chilli makes it easier to clean of.
