I'm not sure, sorry! It's usually quite difficult to know about all the servers on a plaform. I'd guess... 100k?
But BookWyrm accounts can be followed by Fediverse accounts outside BookWyrm so the reach can be bigger than that.

Thank you for sharing. This is great! I dropped Goodreads right after it was acquired by Amazon and haven't been connected socially with other readers for a long time. I just registered an account at BookWyrm (@JulieReads), and look forward to exploring its options and finding & connecting to like minded readers.

@halfbakedkitcat @FediTips BookWyrm is screen reader friendly. In 2017 I worked with the developer for almost a year on making improvement so it is very much screen reader friendly
