#fediverseAs far as I know the only way to check if someone is not on a list is to log in on the web interface (your server's website or web app), then try to add a person to the list and it will show if they are already on any lists.
There is (as far as I know) no way to just get a neat view of everyone not on any lists.

@FediTips thank you. Trying to control what I see in my feed. Making some progress with lists. It provides insight, that's for sure; without lists it's just a flood.
