Yes! Click the ️ icon at the top and then go to the language selection menu.

You don't need to be logged in to do this (but if you are logged in it will remember your choices next time).

I would recommend using PeerTube through the website rather than the app. You get a lot more options on the web version.

The app stores seem to restrict what features the developers are allowed to offer in the app. The web has no restrictions.
