How does one change one's avatar? Why does it have to be so complicated?

@QuantumTunnel If you're on the website, and assuming vivaldi.net is similar to mastodon.social: click your name (to go to your profile), then click the "edit profile" button. There's a little camera icon on your avatar, which you can click to change it.

If you're using an app, I'm not sure as I don't use one.

Yup, it's the same procedure on the official apps (and third party apps will have a settings section of some sort). Go to your profile, click "edit profile", then click ️ camera on your profile image.

Ahhh okay, sorry about that. It sounds like you need to contact Vivaldi as it's their platform.
