@MissConstrue There is a reflection of someone taking the image, so it must've been interesting. The marker on the paper looks not perfect with the duck, so if it was faked, it was faked really well. And what should've stood out to us more was the fact that there is a person's reflection in the glass, but the calf is not reflecting while the duck is. So, again, if the duck was faked, it was a better job.

@CStamp Well, and everyone understands why would wouldn't let a duck in! It's no goose, but it's still closely related to the cobra chicken!

@vfrmedia Well. Bugger.
@MissConstrue the breed of duck is also unusual for being seen on the street - whereas in a town near me (Stowmarket) if it were wild mallards this could easily be a genuine scene, or indeed anywhere in Mid Suffolk - the damp, muddy area seems to attract ducks every spring/summer during breeding season, or at least it did - I've not seen as many this year (climate change?)

Update: The Cow Has Been Milkshake Ducked. Here's the original duck:
I don't know if the original is real. I don't know that anything is real any more.
Scoping out the china shop for dad.
-
@ZenHeathen @MissConstrue Nah, that would result in warnings about boys in the yard.
@ozzelot My milkshake brings all the cows to the door @MissConstrue
-
@MissConstrue @Dequei @kevinrns you need references of real items to check against (it happens that real ducks are abundant where I work), and I'm seeing AI stuff that is getting way better at producing accurate images of items such as cars and their components, and targeted towards young people who might not have experienced the real thing to check what is correct and what is not.
Modern AI isn't even mangling the fonts on text in the background as much as it used to..

@MissConstrue sounds like Iowa in the 1990s lol though I don't "get it'

@MissConstrue I can't see yr comments to see if this was mentioned, but duck has a reflection, and the calf doesn't.

@MissConstrue I don't think anything is real anymore.
-
@CStamp Same. I really thought I was sharing a cute and funny thing that happened somewhere.
Now, don't get me wrong, it's even funnier with a duck, I'll admit...but now I don't know if that's real either.
Stupid timeline. I blame CERN.

@MissConstrue isn't "calf" more appropriate than "baby cow"?
-
@xconde Well, no wonder they wouldn't let her in!

@badaunty Oh weird, I wonder why you can't see comments. I'll go check and see if there's a setting or something i clicked.

@ulyssesalmeida Well sure, but you gotta admit, baby cow is more fun.

@MissConstrue Duck sign looks handmade - doubling of lines in letters, some letter fading common in markers versus the perfect lettering of Cow. Also, a duck is more of an a-hole than a calf.
Also duck is reflected, calf is a vampire. -

@MissConstrue Notice how you can see the reflection of the duck and photographer in the glass in the duck photo but only the photographer not the cow in the cow photo.

@SpiritLady Yeah, vampire cows man....it's no wonder they're not allowed in.

@MissConstrue I doubt it's this platform. Probably something about my settings or the phone I was viewing it on.

@shadowfals Well, what would even be the fun of the internet then?
Actually the person who sent it is usually better than I am about catching photoshop. Things slip through. No harm, no foul.
