I heard somewhere, "Soup reminds me of home." Our soup is like a warm hug.
I remember when I started eating plant based in 1997, and my whole family couldn't imagine vegetarian soup. Years later, soups made only with vegetables or mushrooms are widely popular. It's no longer surprising!
Today we made Mexican corn soup. Smoked paprika adds a smoky flavor—an exceptionally tasty spice.
