My mom Halinka’s recipe for winter beets: 3 kg of beets:Just under half a cup of sugar – approx. 115 g
Just under half a cup of 10% spirit vinegar
1 tablespoon of rock salt – approx. 20 gPeel and grate the cooked beets, then combine with the sugar, vinegar, and salt. Transfer the mixture into sterilized jars.
