recipe)Making this tonight on request. Interesting that a lot of the best Thai recipes I use still come from the "old" blogosphere! I'm using Italian not holy basil, so technically this is a "Pad Horopa" in Thai

(Serves 2, my version)
Ingredients
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic (I'm using 4)
2 small, fresh red and green chilies (I'm using 5 small hot red ones)
300 raw shrimp
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
30 fresh basil leaves
10 slices each of green bell and red bell pepper (thinly sliced lengthwise)Seasoning ingredients
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp Thai seasoning sauce (aka "Golden Mountain")
1.5 tbsps oyster sauce
