please be careful, @rhelune. #plantbased means something different in #denmark since 2022 when #danskvegetariskforening changed it to mean "max 15% animal products". they certified the #northside festival as "100% plant-based" by that standard.
@skinnylatte the only bad thing about this approach is that if you get something amazing you don't know what it is. I've had some truly stellar meals I have no idea how to look up so I can cook them at home.
@skinnylatte I tend to avoid Danish chickens and buy French forest-reared poulets because they're half the size and twice as old. They're also three times more expensive, but it doesn't taste right if you use the mutant chickens...
