Sweden's pizza restaurants have been passed from one immigrant group to another since 1968. When I was a teen in the 80s, the Italians had already moved on: most places then were run by Kurds or Assyrians. Later the Yugoslavs took over. Followed by various Arabic speakers.
Today, the Pizzeria Napoletana at the Saltsjöbaden shopping mall is run by Ukrainians. Their lunch menu offers pizza, pasta dishes and borscht.

@mrundkvist I remember when a mutual friend of ours in Holland, an Italian businessman, promised to take us to a "real" pizzeria somewhere near Rotterdam.
The pizzaiola was Spanish and the menu boasted such delicacies as "pizza Bosporus"...
I must say though that of late there are new pizzerias in Holland, run mostly by Italians, offering good quality contemporary Italian pizza.

@mrundkvist One of the local pizza places where I grew up was run by, IIRC, Spaniards, one by (again IIRC) Greeks, and the third one, again Spaniards (although, IIRC, specifically, the head chef was from Catalonia). If any of them still exist, I am not sure.
Of course, one of the pizza places that we used to go to on Södermalm (still there, or at least was late November last year) used to be run by Bosnians, not sure about ethnicity now, did not see any Bosnia-Hercegovina flags, nor Ukranian flags when I was last there.

@mrundkvist We had a pizza place in our neighborhood in Nashville TN get taken over by Egyptians. The pizza sucked, but the Egyptian food was good, and very soon they quit doing pizza and went over to ethnic cuisine entirely.

@mrundkvist even in Italy, many many pizza places are run by Egyptians (and they're pretty good at it).

@WanderingBeekeeper
My gaming group eats a lot of frozen grocery store #pizza. It's pretty good, but I never order pizza at restaurants. So any North African place would be super welcome to me! Though I'm currently on a tight budget. -

Ethnic cuisine here is heavily Asian, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Tibetan, although there's some really good Mexican as well. If I find a Moroccan or Egyptian place, I'll post about it.
In the meantime, check out the ttrpg section of https://wanderingbeekeeper.neocities.org/ -- I have some free stuff put up for a few different systems.
