The type of people who do these kinds of things literally do not have the part of the human brain that the rest of have that stops us when we realize we're doing harm to others. They do not care about humanity or anything else beyond their own existence.It's not hyperbole to say that literally nothing is off the table if there is gain in it for them, it is only a question of whether or not they have the means and if they can get away with it.
