@mr_whateley @ElSaltoDiario @La_Directa @lauraarroyo @eldiarioes They can contact me here or on Reddit. I still have the messages. I'm someone hoarding all the messages. To be clear, I'm not claiming the people who contacted me were Spanish nationals. There is no way for me to verify that from a social media account. They could have been people from Spain, from another country, multiple countries, or even accounts acting on behalf of a political group. I simply dont know. All Im saying is that I received requests to post messages promoting Ceuta as an opportunity to obtain Spanish citizenship, and I declined because it looked like misinformation. As for the motive, I can only guess. If someone wanted to create chaos, the resulting political fallout could be used to weaken the current government, whether by replacing it or by blaming it for how it handled the crisis.

@darwinwoodka @grassrootsforeurope None of these people came from camps. They came from vans driven and escorted by Moroccan state authorities, it's not the first time they've done it either (see: 2021). I know the fashionable orientalist view is that Mohammed VI and Moroccan elites have zero agency because colonialism, it's just that it gets reaaaallly complicated with Morocco seeing how the last time they did it was over THEIR colonialism of W Sahara.
