Yep. Though Russia has local production rights to Iranian drones now. So not likely to factor in to Iran's existing stockpile tho the money is probably helpful.Imo... had the US stayed in the Obama Iran Deal you'd probably would not see Iran taking money from Russia.But we crushed their economy to the point that I'm not sure Iran is working with their current partners out of an abundance of choice.@z3r0fox
