Every single kilometer more than 45000 km will have to be paid by something like 1 DKK (depending on the terms of your lease) with no exceptions. I get the wish to keep the old car in working order, and that is definitely a thing - it only holds value if it will start and run properly, and a couple of longer runs every month will do exactly that.
