@oz1sej No, it couldn't have - that's wishful thinking, even before we start talking about all the other problems connected with trying to solve emissions by switching to nuclear.
GP has published a number of scientifically well-documented plans for better energy infrastructure, which have been ridiculed or ignored.
In other words, stupid comment. Do better.
