Understand: This is capitalism at its core. The want to be able to landlord EVERYTHING - it's called "owning the means of value creation". They will put a paywall on breathing just as soon as they can figure out how (why do you think Elon wants us to live on Mars?).

We should stop being surprised every time some new "quiet part" reveals another thing they want to take from us so they can sell it back, and start deciding how we end capitalism for good.
