Fun poll: How many of you say goodbye to your doggo or catto before leaving home?

I always say goodbye to my mother Juna. It's a small gesture but it means the world.

@nixCraft voted always. But usually full cuddles a bit before and then a bit later just leave without big goodbyes. This helps the animals if theory are anxious of you being gone.

I need to say goodbye to my dogs and explain to them they need to stay and wait but I’ll be back. And maybe give them a treat. Otherwise they’ll race out the front door completely convinced that it’s adventure time.

@nixCraft Depends, if they come up to me, I say goodbye but otherwise (normally the case when they're asleep) I don't.

(Disclaimer: I've never met a cat; I only have experiences with dogs.)
