_Reddit's AI Suggests Users Try Heroin_
https://www.404media.co/reddit-answers-ai-suggests-users-try-heroin/Bezos says
"The second thing that happens when people get very excited (as with AI) is that investors have trouble determining good ideas from bad."
So, he thinks we are in an AI bubble, although he also said he thinks AI will be revolutionary. Maybe it's both. Maybe he doesn't know. Maybe he should go back to selling books.
By the way, are we still waiting for Bitcoin to be adopted for mainstream use yet or is our attention on AI now?

Railway years ago was also a bubble.
When people feel their wealth has declined they stop spending and this can be recessionary.

"Copilot+ PC experiences are unique features available on Copilot+ PCs, which are a class of Windows 11 devices that meet specific system requirements. Copilot+ PCs are the fastest, most intelligent Windows PCs ever built. Some Copilot+ PC experiences and availability vary by device, region, and over time, and have additional requirements."
From Windows search web page.
It's just nonsense to suggest that you need to buy a new computer.

Google AI is currently telling me that a landowner cannot register a caution against his or her own land.
DuckDuckGo AI says the opposite.
I love the future.

Stupid people are going to stupidly rely on AI and kill us all.
And racists and white supremacists will rely on AI intentionally because it is racist and supremacist (for reasons I've expressed elsewhere but basically because they reflect Society back to us) so oligarchs will love it.
Everyone's going to use it as an excuse to cut jobs.
I REALLY love the future.
️
️
Edit: And don't even get me started about how humans have a bias to believe computers always pump out correct results.

The artificial intelligence is a pedophile.
Well this is what you get when you feed Republican source material to your artificial intelligence training system

"The buildings belong to Amazon and are being used by Anthropic, a leading AI firm, to train and run its models. According to one estimate, this data-center campus, far from complete, already demands more than 500 megawatts of electricity to power these calculations—as much as hundreds of thousands of American homes. When all the data centers in New Carlisle are built, they will demand more power than two Atlantas."

"Underpinning this expenditure are some lofty revenue expectations from Morgan Stanley, with revenues from generative AI – chatbots, AI agents, image generators – expected to grow from $45bn last year to $1tn by 2028. Tech companies are relying on businesses, the public sector and individuals to produce enough demand for AI – and to pay for it – to justify those revenue expectations."

If I ever said ChatGPT isn't good for lawyers I take it back.
I get to charge people to tell them their ChatGPT legal conclusions are completely wrong.
The wonderful thing is it dressed its complete absence of analytics in nice language, so people have no clue what they're reading is devoid of logic.
The ultimate "bullshit baffles brains", indeed.
