Also, as a colleague pointed out, since most callers now spend the better part of their time screaming I WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN! at a bot that doesn't understand them, customer service call center data is completely fucked - but this will no doubt be ignored because it doesn't fit the AI narrative...
