Paul, I'm watching your posts from another country, across the ocean (UK) and find them so inspiring, thank you. We can relate to many of the same challenges here.
Please keep sharing if you're able
Thanks. Stay strong the UK. We have to support each other, both door to door and around the world!

@inthehands I'm a bit confused, did they get caught in the act or did the attorney general see their video? -

From the article:
❝Even without the videos publicly posted by O’Keefe and Higby, Moriarty said her office would have been able to charge the case because election judges in the precincts noted their “strange behavior” and participation in the investigation.❞

@inthehands right "would have" but did they?
I mean, presumably they didn't ever vote illegally because they never signed the affidavits, so their stunt was a failure to begin with. But the article is unclear on his they got caught. -

But the article is unclear on his they got caught.I mean, it gives plenty of clues: workers flagged their behavior, then as you note they refused to sign the affadavit, and then they did it at multiple polling places so it’s easy to imagine an internal investigation kicking off from that. I’m sure we’ll learn more if/when it goes to trial.

These dumb fuck didn’t learn their lesson from the last election cycle or two where Republicans got caught committing voter fraud because they’ve been told it’s just goes on all the time. The easiest thing in a total waste of time when you figure that the cost benefit a risk benefit is terrible.

@inthehands OH. MY FZCKING. GAWD. Here's the "Muslim garb" James O'Keefe and his dude pal wore while Criming. Hope they enjoy prison!

I’m surely they’re delighted to know that election security is strong! *checks article* Wait, nope, they’re whining about it like little babies
@inthehands my only request is to hear the sounds of butt hurt they emit.
If this isn't FAFO, I don't know what is

@inthehands Project Veritas strikes again!
-
@inthehands Sounds like they aren't claiming ignorance of the law, just that the law shouldn't be applied to them?
@drgroftehauge sounds very.... Republican
-
They did, in fact, get caught, and will now be going to jail.
Well then.
Thanks for red-teaming the system, guys. Great work. I'm pleased to report that the security measures in place are fully operational and functioning to spec.
️@argv_minus_one @inthehands I'd like to think they'll go to jail, but they'll probably get off with a minimal fine, if that.

This is the process these Project Veritas bozos thought was insecure. They were wrong.
People hear about Minnesota’s process and think, over and over and over, that they’ve found the flaw, that it’s insecure or messy or unworkable or whatever. They’re always wrong. Every damn time.
We’ve had a few •squeakers• of elections here (like this one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_United_States_Senate_election_in_Minnesota) that have put the whole system under an intense national spotlight: hand recounts, ballot challenges, partisan operatives scouring for anything they can sue about, any whiff of fraud or mishandled process or even just vague doubt.
And Minnesota’s election process has come out shining • every • single • time.
3/
@inthehands Elections highlight why /state/ control of the elections is important. You can not compromise 50 states worth of ballots at once from the seat of power.

@inthehands O'Keefe's no longer with Project Veritas, actually; they fired him in 2023 for stealing donor money.
But he's still pulling the same stunts.

@inthehands
The local election officials should receive #Trump's million dollar reward for uncovering election fraud.
