It’s December 1927, and a 15-year-old Sonja Henie captivates the crowd at Møllendahl.
The young skating phenomenon was on the verge of making history. Just two months after this photo was taken in #Bergen, she would skate her way to her first Olympic Gold in St. Moritz, kicking off a reign that would last for three consecutive #Olympics, and lead to a second career as one of the highest-paid Hollywood actresses in the 1930s.
