I'm absolutely certain that this holds true for any business: If they could see, in cold hard numbers, how much time is wasted LOOKING FOR THE FUCKING TEAMS BUTTON!, stopping everything for a mandated update & similar stupid IT-related shit, there'd suddenly be some real motivation for demanding better solutions.
