    It's openly incredibly fascinating to hear three Americans, with the world view of US culture & education, talking about the UN.

    Also, my main takeaways:

    1. The US is a uniquely stupid nation. No, really - we're all stupid, but Murica stands out & it's an embedded cultural feature, not an accident.

    2. Almost every problem in the world can be traced back to capitalism & until we deal with that, we will be stumbling from crisis to crisis.

        @essjayjay You sure, though? Seriously, give the episode a listen - it's more bonkers than even I thought, and I've been paying pretty close attention & did NOT go into it with high expectations...
