I don't think so.

Actually US tourists /seem/ rarer than years ago, but I've not seen figures.
European & African refugees wouldn't want Hershey. I believe there are US refugees, but they are not eligible for asylum (yet!), so can only settle if they have a sufficiently close ancestor.
