some will always find a reason not to vote
the issue is not "left enough"
no one is magically pure, there's always some contrived bullshit for some asshole to manufacture outrage over
even if the most perfect candidate appeared, some would invent a reason not to vote because *that* is all they really care about: their holy self-regard
it certainly isn't making a difference in reality
and reality is just too messy for their most important thing: their ego masturbation

of course it's the easiest fucking thing, if they realize they're not marrying a candidate, just playing a game of influence that, if they had a fucking brain, they would realize is about sustained iteration to better
