The case of the state court judge being arrested by the feds for "obstructing" a deportation is disturbing because news stories say the immigrant was charged with misdemeanors, but wasn't convicted and was there for a pre-trial conference.
This means the feds want people disappeared before they even get due process on the underlying case that might be a pretext for deportation.
