Over the past ten years, a great many people have passed through Muff vegan house, dedicating a part of their lives to building our community. I am grateful to them all! I won’t list all the names so as not to leave anyone out.

Sofia is doing an internship with us, and after just a few weeks, we felt we were a perfect match. She is an incredibly creative, talented, and humble person—she can even arrange vegetable mandalas on focaccia.
Sofia is very meticulous, which allows her to excel at tasks that usually test my patience. She prefers working ”behind the scenes,” ensuring that the dishes sparkle, the oven gleams, the fridges are spotless, and the pantry floor is swept. During the summer season, she tends to her allotment garden, though she devotes most of her time to the cats at the micro-sanctuary she runs. Sofia has never eaten meat—that is how her mother raised her. It is truly inspiring!
