Does anyone know any offline, desktop-based software for managing a dictionary? Bonus points for support for multiple meanings with example sentences, pronunciation, part of speech, good search/filter features, and so on.

I am already using a local wiki for most of the language's documentation, but I have not yet found a good way to manage vocabulary.

I am aware of #conworkshop, but I am not looking for a web app.
