We need to start talking about the fact that almost every single product of the digital age is for convenience, not necessity.
Realizing that it's not only possible, but in fact fairly straight-forward & only slightly inconvenient, to exist without any of this shit is incredibly empowering right now.

@Em0nM4stodon@ginsterbusch @Em0nM4stodon Please note, I said "almost". There's definitely digital tools which help disabled people in lots of ways & those are fucking brilliant. Not sure how many of those are billionaire apps & thus would go away if we, say, stopped using Facebook, but I always appreciate being enlightened.
