BTW, when we say "IT support" we really mean "Microsoft support" - our IT team has a wide age spread, in a company full of engineers & nerds, and they still look more or less like a deer caught in the headlights when you say "Linux" to them.

Just this week one of them unintentionally revealed that he genuinely believes Linux is commandline only.

@jwcph Linux luckily isn’t command line only, but it is in fact easier to do things with the command line.
