p.s. The "in app purchases" are just options to tip the developer, there aren't any locked features. Toot! is a paid app but once you've bought it you get access to all the functions, there are no hidden charges or subscriptions or anything like that.

You pay 3.99 for the app and that's the only payment, you get the full app forever.
If you want to give the developer more money just to help them maintain the app, there are a couple of tipping options within the app. But these are optional.

If you see someone lighting a cigarette in a petrol station, it's not "imposing an ideology" to tell them their behaviour is dangerous to everyone in the petrol station.
At some point people have to start saying something if there's a serious physical danger.
