You know what would be cool? Being friends with a trans woman my own age.
I think there are only 2 trans women I'm actually close with, and one of them's >10yrs older than me and the other's > 10 years younger than me.
I'm not sure I've even *seen* any trans women my age (early 50s) here on fedi. I hope there are some.
I just feel kind-of isolated. You know?
Anyway. If there are any 50ish yr old trans women out there looking for a friend…
@masukomi I’ve been told most trans people don’t last very long because of how horrible the world is to them. I’m much younger than 50 and I can’t see myself getting that far
