Tempo | On Off Ks

️
A Runna workout: 4 x (1K fast, 1K faster). No rest in between. So 8K at good effort. Lovely session again.
️Pro tip: I have now enabled a Runna setting where “warm up” on Garmin workouts are until I push the lap button on my watch. This gives some good peace of mind while attempting to get to the point where the workout should ideally start. Before I had to wait with starting my workout session to make it work for me. -

From the anomalies in my data, I always suspected moving time but the new (since I last used it) round bars tops make it even less obvious.

It's supposed to be km for this particular workout. -

they should just label it! Thankfully Garmin obviously uses real time, although runalyze’s version of this graph is hopeless (doesn’t invert the y-axis). It’s one of my most useful graphs, if you have a sensible presentation of it anyhow. -

But yes! I should've started with simply agreeing with you, I'm usually also very particular about graphs and axis labels
