@pixelpusher220 I never knew until much later in life how fantastic a guitarist Roy Clark was. I only knew him from watching Hee Haw as a kid and didn't process that he was so talented. Incredible musician.

@pixelpusher220 I remember him from Hee Haw since my grandmother watched it when I was at her house. This is mind blowing. Didn’t recall The Odd Couple as having such musical interludes, but I we didn’t watch it all that often.

@sumisu yeah that's where I knew of him.
@pixelpusher220 now I’ve gone off and listened to more of his playing. Really wish I could find his album “Stringin’ along with the blues” and Wikipedia mentions an amazing performance on the Jacky Gleason show which I can’t seem to find a recording or video of. And I found some stuff of him playing with Johnny Cash.
