"Either billionaires are doing well, or we are. It can't be both" - Second Thought
Things became this bad because most people don't hate the super-wealthy enough.
Because most people still view "being rich" as a quality unto itself & wishes it was them.
Because we failed to make vivid to ourselves & each other that what brought us prosperity was community, not wealth.
