The 40 months the CRO received is apparently "slightly less" than the 6 years the prosecution asked for.
6 years is 72 months.
That's not "slightly less" than 6 years.
That slightly more than 3 years.
3 years snd 4 months, to be precise.Alternatively, if we took a 15 year's sentence to be the standard for stealing $100, then the executive who stole $3B should get a 30,000,000 year sentence.
Yeah, a 30 million year sentence would be the executive being treated the same as the homeless man.
