    ✅ Bestseller Aarhus City Half 2025

    Half marathon. I followed the 1:29 pacers for as long as I had power to today; some ~13K ish. Then I had to drop pace a bit to complete it without crashing 😅

    Felt ok throughout (but I was working hard, effort wise). Unbeaten crowd support. No wind. Warm weather. Splash 💦 zones 😆👍🏻 from the crowd.

    I placed 765 of 11624 😀. Official time: 1:30:37. Strava 2nd PBs: 15K,10M. Half: 1:29:50.

    Experience: amazing 🤩

      I am convinced that you can do a sub-1:25. Close to 1:20. Well rested and focused.

      Give your body a rest period now. To prevent any overuse or fatigue niggles/injuries.

            I'd have to agree with @recollir !

            Doing a 100k (!!!) race one week before a half marathon isn't exactly the best preparation I think 😅

            Although I must admit I'm not an effort at all in running and training
