Meta later told the BBC that "no system is perfect, and our review process may not detect all policy violations".Meta can afford to employ, say a million, human reviewers of content rather than using "AI". Which may go a long way to fixing this issue worldwide. Same for all social media systems. "AI" has no morality, does not understand the reasons for policy at a human level.
