If we beat-up and abuse smart, caring professionals....They'll move elsewhere, quit, retire... and in the next go round there won't be any smart, caring professionals left in #America!
The public abuse of Dr. #Fauci by #GOP #senators yesterday was appalling and shameful.
I'm sure he's not perfect, but I'm glad he was there for both #HIV and #COVID. We ALL benefit today from his lifetime of service.

Now we have chickenpox outbreaks although the USA had eradicated chickenpox. We have measles and poison lettuce and all kinds of things that are actually actively trying to kill us thanks to Trump.

Here's the thing, there aren't really places to run to. We have to make the best of it where we are. So what happens is we lose our professionals and we gain the most giant police force the world has ever seen. They arrest poor people and people of color for petty misdemeanors and then put these people into for-profit prisons where they work as slaves for multi national corporations. That's where we are now. We all deserve better. Abolish police.
