@alexchapman @pixelfed It's not about the outcomes, it's about how they were achieved. "Exitus acta probat" is one hell of a way to go through life.
Yeah, maybe someone can whip together code that works using Ai. Does that make it okay how LLM infrastructure is killing any progress we've made towards mitigating climate change? How it rots people's brains? How it destroying the internet?
If not wanting the world to burn makes me an extremist, I will happily bear that mark of honor.
